I found a knot on my left testicle & ultrasound showed 6mm mixed echogenicity. pain only when pressure applied. can't see urology for 2 weeks.

Urologist: If your symptoms are holding steady since your last exam, you could wait for the urology consultation. However if there is increased discomfort, swelling and tenderness, i recommend calling for an immediate appointment or going to the emergency room and let the physician there call the urologist after you are seen and evaluated.

Push for appointment: This may be a testicle cancer. I like to see these as soon as possible and get treatment started. 2 weeks may be OK, but I would take a copy of the ultrasound report to the urologists office and ask if he could see you sooner.
