See a dermatologist: Psoriasis. Seborrheic dermatitis, other? Start with a precise diagnosis. Meanwhile use a dandruff shampoo daily: zinc pyrethione, selenium sulfide, salycilic acid, ketoconazole, tar. Any of these are commonly found otc.
