Check with surgeon: Before you return to exercise you should be cleared by your surgeon. The person might say 6, 12 or more weeks depending on what they needed to do to remove the meningiomas. Good luck. Speedy recovery.

Ask neurosurgeon: Every case is different. It is probable alright to behind light workouts but i would not risk it this soon after brain surgery without getting the approval of your neurosurgeon. I applaud your desire to get back into your fitness program!

Ask surgeon: Everyone recovers from surgery, especially brain surgery, so the surgeon, who knows you and your case best, will be the one who can answer this question best. Good luck to you.

Depends a lot: You need to ask your neurosurgeon--was the procedure simple or complicated? Extended or simple? Via small access? Etc., etc. Any other recommendation would be generic at best and risky at worst.

Be patient: Recovery from brain surgery can have ups and downs. Would start with very gentle activity such as walking and slowly increasing time and distance. If you are left with balance issues, physical therapy can help re-integrate your function.
