Why not hemorrhoid?: In your case, you know it is there, you know what it does. Constipation causes enlargement and irritation of hemorrhoids, so it is highly likely that small blood on tp, or even few drips into toilet after bm is from it. If quantity increases, consider having check by your dr. If relief in past w/tucks or hemorrhoid cream, consider trial use early. Increase fiber in diet ; fluids to soften stool.

Hemorrhoids: Hi, most likely it is hemorrhoidsl bleeding. Hemorrhoids-2 types internal ;external. Avoid constipation(increase fiber). B4 we blame it on hemorrhoids we look 4 other causes of bleeding, particularly in your age group ulcerative colitis etc. Colo-rectal cancer is low on the differential given your age but if u have a family hist, then it moves up the list. See a GI 4 a workup(rectal exam, c-scope.
