Go to ER : Go to the er immediately for evaluation and brain imaging. This could be pituitary apoplexy, enlargement or bleeding of your pituitary gland that can compress the nerves that control vision and eye movement. There are a few other rare things this could be, however vision loss and an eye that doesn't move with headache is never normal and needs immediate treatment.
