Food Allergies: It sounds as if you have a food allergy. It may either be one of those individual foods, or triggered by a combination of ingredients in those foods. Since your symptoms are profound, i recommend that you meet with your physician for a thorough exam so that he can diagnose your situation and make the necessary recommendation for an appropriate treatment. In the meantime, don't eat those foods!
