Diarrhea: Diarrhea can range from very mild to severe. For severe diarrhea and associated symptoms, i would recommend going to either the emergency room or urgent care clinic. Worrisome diarrhea generally would include symptoms such as: high fever, unrelenting diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, blood or mucous in stool, dehydration, dizziness, or accompanied vomiting. When in doubt, go check it out.

Pain: Chris. Most cases turn out to be irritable bowel syndrome but it is important to exclude more uncommon but more serious conditions by seeing a GI doctor and having him check you.
