Is it safe to take sensa and firtabella?

Hard to know if safe: Non-prescription supplements, especially those not sold in U.S. Stores, do not have the strict product testing and quality control that prescription medicines have. Are they safe in some people and not in others? Do they have different amounts of active ingredients than stated on the labels, at the time a person takes the supplements? Do they work, or do they make exaggerated claims? Who knows?
