Suppress appetite: Sensa is a new type of weight loss product. Unlike the typical diet pills, sensa is sprinkled directly on your food, and works to prevent you from over-eating. How it does this is by activating the satiety center of the brain faster than it would without sensa, thereby telling your brain that you are satisfied, and can stop eating now. People gain back weight. Can be added to your weight loss prog.

Sensa: Sensa makes the claim that you sprinkle it on food and it decreases your appetite, helping you lose weight, however there does not seem to be any good data backing it up and it is fairly expensive.
