Normal: That is a normal test then with spillage.

May be a problem. : Free intra peritoneal spill is completely normal. Loculated spill suggests adhesions or scarring around the ovary. The fallopian tube is open but the egg may not be able to reach the tube. Have your doctor review your gynecological history.
