Coconut Oil/Fish Oil: Coconut oil helps with dry skin in the winter time when ingested. It looks like a jar of lard but tastes good enough--not as good as an easter egg. You can put it in hot cereal in the morning and even cook and bake with it. Sublingual B12 can help. Check w/doc. Alternatively, high doses of marine fish oil can help if not on a blood thinners. Avoid alcohol-containing lotions.
