Carefully: If your symptoms have completely resolved you can start working out and running slowly. If you push yourself too fast or too hard, you may cause a recurrence of some or all of your symptoms. Monitor yourself carefully for excessive fatigue and headaches.

Guided by symptoms: 1. Rest physically, mentally until symptoms have settled 'recovery' 2. Light aerobic exercise 'increase heart rate' - if symptoms return, rest, if not... 3. Sport specific exercise eg: running drills 'add movement' - if no symptoms progress to... 4. Non-contact training drills 'co-ordination, cognitive load' These stages may take some weeks. Recommend clearance by Dr prior to full return.
