A member asked:

If i went to the hospital with my bad stomach pain i wouldn't have to get needles or injections or anything like that would i ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: You always have the right to refuse any healthcare intervention. But depending on what it wrong, there may be risks to refusing needles or injections. The doctor should explain the risks of refusing those things. In other words, the patient is always in control.
