Possibly: You absolutely need to have your ankle evaluated for a fracture. A fracture can only be determined from a xray and evaluation by your doctor. See a foot/ankle specialist immediately before you do more harm to your ankle.

Quite possible: It is quite possible you did in fact suffer a fracture and you should see your primary care doctor or podiatrist for a x-ray. Stay off it till then. Rest, ice, elevation and compression with a ace wrap.

Possible fracture: Yes, it's possible it's a fracture. See your doctor for an xray and stay off your foot. You may need casting, bracing, cam walker boot, off-loading, or surgery depending on clinical and radiographic findings by your doctor. Good luck.
