?sciatica: Best to get this evaluated and possibly have some x-rays taken. Your symptoms sound as if you may have a nerve, such as your l sciatic being irritated and/or pinched. Best wishes.

Stretch your spine: There are many methods to stretch the spaces between vertebrae of the spine. I like anti-gravity (hanging head down).
