Not sure: A 12mm endometrial strip, assuming you still have cycles, can be normal towards the end of your cycle. If you are having abnormal bleeding, then an endometrial biopsy is indicated in women 40 years of age and older. I would need more details of your history to give you a better answer.

Menstrual Cycle: Depends- if you are regularly cycling and the stripe measured 1.2 cm near your period starting, it is normal. If the stripe was measured right after your period, it is thick.
