If anxiety offset: You may need the assistance of your doctor to help discontinue weed, particularly if there is anxiety in the withdrawal package. See a Dr....: If you are uncovering panic attacks by not smoking marijuana, then you should go get treatment for your anxiety disorder. It sounds like you could have been self-medicating your severe anxiety all along. If you don't get appropriate help for your anxiety with the right kind of medication and cognitive behavior therapy, i doubt you'll be able to stop the pot. Go do it and good luck !
