Metabolic syndrome: Pcos is a condition that decreases your fertility but should not have an effect on the health of your pregnancy if you get pregnant. It is possible that PC os is associated with the metabolic syndrome which can sometimes predispose you to diabetes in pregnancy so make sure that you get tested early.
