Coconut: The ones you mentioned are the worst choices either due to their high omega-6 contents or cholesterol one or a high chance of gmos in them such as soybean. Coconut or olive oil would be the healthiest choices for your heart.

MarketingControversy: From a human health standpoint, saturated and some monounsaturated fats have best track records. These include lard, bacon fat, butter, coconut, palm ; olive oils. While polyunsaturated fats have long been promoted as superior, this has never been supported by quality scientific research. Mary g. Enig ; her research work are a good place to start.
