No: Interstitial cystitis, in and of itself, will not harm the pregnancy. The hard part, during your pregnancy, will be telling the difference between ^ frequency of urination due to ic and that due to infection. Pregnant women are more susceptible to infection and ^ frequency is sometimes only way they can tell if they have infection. Speak with your doctor about issues, maybe increased survellience.
