My baby is 6 months and she has really bad colics, constipation and vomits if she is not held up for 30min. is gripe water safe to use, for how long?

Likely safe...: ...But probably not effective. Reflux is normal in many babies. The children normally grow out of it toward the end of their first year. The best approach is to keep kids comfortable by keeping them upright and occasionally with dr. Prescribed acid blocking medicines if needed. Good luck!
