Toddle vaginal itch: An itchy vaginal area in a toddler may be a yeast infection. If the child is otherwise well, no fever and not acting sick, you may be able to treat it with over the counter Clotrimazole cream. If the itchiness is not improving, or the child seems sick, she should be seen by her doctor.
