When do you count post m/c after the day you past the baby or after bleeding has stopped?

Why count ? : If one were to count one would start the day of the miscarriage but it is not possible to predict accurately when first ovulation or a first cycle will occur after a miscarriage so counting is unlikely to be a fruitful endeavor.
