Resp. rate&eye pain: Your child needs tobe seen by a docotr as there could be something else wrong altogether causing both simultaneously.

Unlikely: I am not aware of any usual instances causing all 3 symptoms. I would suggest; however, you consider sinus disease as a possible cause of eye pain, especially if there is no apparent cause for the actual eye pain.
