See details: Biopsy of what? You need to speak with the doctor who performed the biopsy and learn what needs to be done next. Atypical cells need to be explained further.

Atypical cells: Generally, yes. "Atypical cells" means the pathologist who saw the slide saw something abnormal, but the slide wasn't completely diagnostic. Therefore, it could be benign/reactive, or it could be something more worrisome. Anything called "atypical" should have more follow-up. Except If this is a pap smear, and HPV test was done and was neg, then that should be enough.
