Rabies: Any warm-blooded animal, including humans, may become infected with the rabies virus. Birds have only been known to be infected in experiments. Infected bats, monkeys, racoons, foxes, skunks, cattle, wolves, coyotes, dogs, mongooses or cats are the most common transmitters to humans. You will not get rabies from this goose.

No, but...: Only mammals carry rabies, but you should contact your local health department to find out what other diseases can be transmitted by geese.
