What can i do to ease rls?

Restless leg syndrom: U can't rest because your legs don't want to! this is quite common and can be disturbing to many as it causes poor sleep, resulting poor quality of life. It is associated with anemia, thyroid disease, anemia etc...So i would consult doc to make sure some treatable conditions be treated first. Otherwise, there are meds to help your legs rest so you can rest..Good luck.

Don't forget veins: Besides the things that dr. Nguyen mentioned, RLS is also associated with varicose veins and venous insufficiency. This is an often overlooked cause of RLS symptoms. If you have RLS and you have varicose veins, you would do well to see a phelbologist (vein specialist).
