Possible but...: Prostate enlargement does rarely occur in men's 30s although more common in the elderly, and the older, the more often clinically. But, note: smaller prostate doesn't mean no problem to urinate and vice versa although the older men tend to have bigger prostate and have more clinical voiding problem. So, see urologist for detailed assessment. Best wish...
