Possible but...: Prostate enlargement does rarely occur in men's 30s although more common in the elderly, and the older, the more often clinically. But, note: smaller prostate doesn't mean no problem to urinate and vice versa although the older men tend to have bigger prostate and have more clinical voiding problem.
