Many.: Difficulty starting stream. Not feeling empty. Having to use the restroom in the middle of the night. Having to urinate frequently. Dribbling, having to go again right after having gone. Small voids. An enlarged prostate would be incredibly unlikely in a 19 yo.

Urination issues: About 50% of men will show symptoms of prostatic enlargement by age 50 and the vast majority by age 80. Symptoms are typically related to urination and can be obstructive or irritative. Obstructive: slower stream, weak stream, double voiding, stutterins stream. Irritative: frequency more than every 3-4 hours, urgency, short warning signal, getting up at night to urinate.
