No.: There are no medications with a known side effect of prostate enlargement (bph). Although testosterone and estrogen may be involved in the development of bph, these hormones alone are not sufficient to cause bph, so as medications, these are not considered to cause enlargement. Certain medications can make the urinary symptoms related to an enlarged prostate worse.
