If you didn't: Have it before and haven't had an infection recently or been exposed to an extremely loud noise then have someone take a look in your ear that knows what they are looking at. Sometimes a small amount of wax against the eardrum can cause tinnitus. Stop taking Aspirin also. Failing that, wait it out and if it doesn't go away don't worry it won't cause any problems.
