Some medications, supplements, and recreational drugs can promote tinnitus as an adverse reaction, so, that would be an initial issue. Loud noise exposure, such as headphones and concerts, may cause both hearing loss and ringing. Consider seeing otolaryngologist, and get this all evaluated. Depending upon cause, perhaps this can be improved.
