Not Necessarily Any: Ketones are a byproduct of burning fat, they are healthy ; not a problem if not very high. Bilirubin, a breakdown product of hemoglobin, mostly cleared by liver but some people do not clear as well ; some is cleared through kidneys; get liver function test results to help evaluate. Ascorbic acid is vitamin c, a water soluble vitamin, ; likely spilling into urine if you are taking lots of vitamin c.
