Not common: But also not serious you must be closing your eye lids with a lot of force to produce that "whoosh".

Benign condition: The sound you hear when you squeeze your eyes shut may be your eustachian tube opening. This is similar to the "popping" of the ears when swallowing in an airplane during liftoff or landing.
