None: It's advisable to not eat after 7 pm normally. If you eat late, it makes it difficult for your G.I. Tract to digest the food properly, and process it when it should be actually in a resting/ fasting state when going to bed. The body operates best when it's in the fasting state for at least 10 to 12 hours with no food. You'll sleep better, and you'll wake up in a more metabolically balanced state.

Better to stop at 8p: Eating after 8pm can cause metabolic overload. Best to stop eating before 8pm. Be well.
