Likely.: Have 2 random red bumps on a leg could easily indicate something as common a bug bite. If it is tender or starting to extend the red discoloration beyond where it is currently, you may want to see a doctor to consider possibly infection post bite. Otherwise, if it is simply itchy and inflamed, use a topical Hydrocortisone over-the-counter product.
