Yes: Assuming you checked with a urine pregnancy test, it is still possible that you are pregnant. Urine tests have different levels of what is considered positive than a serum test. With blood anything above 2 is positive, but most urines are positive at 15-25. This could also be a cycle you didn't ovulate as well, which will cause similar symptoms.
