Possible, but...: Theoretically, this combination is possible, but in practice, it is not advisable because the need for prostate biopsy is judged by changing psa with the finding of digital rectal exam (dre) on prostate, and concern for urination from prostate is usually and sufficiently enough by history, checking residual urine, etc. But, you can ask urologist for priority and sequence of care...
