Liquid meds: There is a liquid form of methylphenidate that is available for adhd. Using Daytrana can cause skin irritation especially if kept on too long.

Yes it is: Daytrana is a very effective method of delivering medication for adhd. It does take more effort to use and can cause some skin irritation. There is also an oral suspension (liquid) long acting preparation called Quillivant XR which may be an option as well. Discuss all the options with your prescribing physician.
