Sure, you can: But you neglected to identify the soap. Because Accutane is so drying, some soaps will be caustic and will aggravate the dry skin. The pH is important. Ivory is pH 10, while Dove is pH 6. .pH higher than 7 is alkaline and irritating. Any "antibacterial" soap will probably be irritating.
