I'm on accutane. i use baby liquid soap 2 times/wk which has ingredients (in 100ml):lactic acid=1g, lactoserum atomisat=0.93g. the ph=3.5. is it safe?

Soaps are okay: Accutane is taken for about 4 months for severe cystic acne. It may dry the skin, and so you may want to avoid any product on your skin that may also cause dryness and irritation, but continue the baby soap if it does not bother you. You cannot be pregnant and take accutane.

Safe: Generally, the baby soaps are formulated to be safe for the sensitive skin of a baby, and should be fine for you to use as well. There are no contraindications with the baby soap and Accutane use either that I am aware of.
