Probably not: Dichotomous earth in your guts will probably do very little to kill pinworms. Worms actually live in dirt. However you need to see your doctor soon, and have the dr. Refer you to see an infectious disease specialist. They are more adept at pinpointing which anti-parasitic regimen you need to be on, and for how long to get rid of the infestation. Also changing your diet would be helpful.
