See doctor: There are numerous lesions that affect both oral and genital areas. Both are effected by skin diseases like herpes to autoimmune disorders. Some can be cured , treated and/or make you comfortable. You need to see physician to determine the problem then treat it. You may be contagious. It is better to know what is going on and protect yourself and others.
