Pregnancy test: The best way to know if you're pregnant is if at the time of your expected period/withdrawal bleed, you don't get bleeding. In which case, get a pregnancy test. The likelihood would be low though. Maybe you should consider a better form of birth control that you would have a lower risk of forgetting.
