Missing pills...BCP: Birth control pills act primarily by suppressing ovulation. Even varying when you take the pill as little as 6-12 hours in some low dose pills can allow ovulation. Missing 3 followed by the last 7 pills is concerning. If you recently had sex Plan B may be a consideration. Otherwise we need simple watchful waiting to see if you get a period and if a preg test becomes positive.
