Probably not: Given that this is an unusual complication of pregnancy, I am not sure that it would be my first instinct based on these numbers. My guess is that you are thinking this because the numbers seem high for 6 weeks. But this could also be related to incorrect dating of the pregnancy and twins. It would be very easy to sort out with an ultrasound!
