For about 4 days now, when i go to bed, I hear a distinct clicking sound in my right ear. I have to turn my head or sleep on my right side to not hear it. At times it even wakes me up. The clock is like I'm sleeping next to a watch.
When i talk , i hear an click/crackling sound in my ear, mostly on 1 side. Hard consonants like k & p make it worse. What to do? It's debilitating.
