Indirectly yes: Green and gray nasal discharge suggests infection, usually of the nasal sinuses (sinusitis). Allergies can lead to infection by blocking the normal flow of secretions from the sinuses into the nose. If such secretions last longer than a week, antibiotics are indicated. Opening the nasal passages is very important; start rinsing your nose with saline rtwice a day. If no better, see your physician.
