What steps should i take for diagnosis of red inflamed perianal rash? colorectal bpsy, mamm, pap, 3 derm biop, all no bacteria, viral, fungal infect. lifelong hvy sweater (125 lbs 53 hetero monogamous female) lesions in groin & armpits as well?

It may be beneficial to see a dermatologist, especially since the rash is not limited to the perianal region. Skin reaction to exercise with poor ventilation (heavy sweater) may cause dermatitis in areas of heavy perspiration.

Ive had red, irritation between butt cheeks for months. Biopsies & tests yield no STIs/bacteria/viral/fungal. Colonoscopy = nothing wrong. Pain wiping after BMs. Notice area outside of anus now shows moist, clustered tissue, not red. Hemorrhoids?
Intense itching under breasts and groin. Scratching can rub a lot of the skin off leaving a red and raw area that burns but still itchy. No pus. I do sweat a lot. Should I try anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, or hydrocortisone cream?
