Brown/yellow discolouration on some fingernails, nail pitting too (very small & ver few) on some nails too, feeling of tenderness in fingernails. thyroid negative. fungal infection or nail psoriasis? (no history of skin psoriasis) no vit b12 deficien?

could be nail psoriasis, esp if you suffer from psoriatic arthritis. Another possibility would be a contact dermatitis to nail products or artificial nails in the past. See dermatologist for eval and confirmation.
